The Data & Administrative Support Analyst role is ideal for someone with college coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field who is looking to gain hands-on experience in business reporting while contributing to daily administrative functions. This is a hybrid role combining data reporting responsibilities with operational and administrative support.Job Responsibilities: Data and Reporting:Run and distribute scheduled reports from internal systemsWrite or modify basic SQL queries (training and mentorship provided)Use Excel for data cleanup, formatting, and analysis (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)Maintain reporting accuracy and documentationSupport ad hoc data requests from leadershipAdministrative & Operational SupportAnswer incoming calls and route appropriatelyAssist with shared inbox managementMaintain spreadsheets, trackers, and documentationSupport general administrative needs across departmentsJob Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or related fieldWorking knowledge of ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple responsibilitiesComfortable multi-tasking & handling multiple portfoliosAssisting with special projects when neededPreferred:Exposure to SQL (academic or internship experience acceptable)Familiarity with databases or reporting systems0–2 years of professional experienceCompensation and Benefits: $19 - $22 per hour (DOE)Benefit package with health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options401(k) retirement plan option with company matchingGenerous paid time off policy - start with 18 days per yearPaid holidays immediately upon hire - 7 standard holidays & 2 floating holidays of your choiceWe look forward to you joining our team!!
