Essential Roles andResponsibilities:
This position primarily supports the Armstrong Growers division and the product flow into Armstrong Garden Centers. This person will work closely with AGC Marketing Department, Corporate buyers as well as store managers and be the conduit of communication with AGs Branch Managers, Sales Coordinators and Production team. Participation in weekly meetings is mandatory.

- Customer Service, pleasant greetings and willingness to listen and help
- Strong Excel Skills
- Ability to learn computer "systems" - ours is SBI, Trello
- Experience with EDI transmissions
- Organization is key to success
- Prioritizing tasks as they continue to come in
- Being able to work with multiple stores / customers and make decisions
- Working within deadlines
- Articulate and able to clearly communicate verbally and in written content
- Knowledge of general accounting (credits/debits)
- Ability to actively participate in Zoom calls with the Sales Team, AGC Marketing and Production calls
- Comfortable in presenting meeting notes to the Ag team via zoom
- Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish)
- Reliable transportation and ability to visit AG Branches when needed (1x/month)
- Retail Store support and knowledge will be helpful
- Sales experience is helpful
- Ability to put in overtime if/when needed
Education, Prior Work Experience and Specialized Skills and Knowledge
- General computer experience and ease of learning internal / external operating systems
- Extreme organization with worksheets, files and communication
- Articulate and able to perform professional live presentations.
