Pay rate: Starting at $30.00 per hour (DOE)

Working hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and experience with industrial electrical practices and systems.
• Skillfully bend, install, and secure electrical conduit according to drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA safety requirements, and applicable local electrical codes.
• Perform accurate wire termination, identification, and labeling to ensure safe and organized electrical installations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues and system malfunctions using sound problem-solving skills.
• Use multimeters, voltage testers, and other electrical testing equipment to safely test, diagnose, and verify electrical systems.
• Maintain a strong focus on electrical safety, quality, accuracy, and compliance throughout all assigned work.
• Safely and effectively use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment.
• Be willing and able to cross-train in other skilled trades or areas of the operation as needed to support team and project requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must have strong mechanical skills and experience with basic hand and light power tools.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to do basic computer tasks.
