Looking for a hands-on career? We’re hiring mechanically inclined, motivated individuals who are eager to learn. No extensive experience required—we provide training.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble fluid-flow equipment for heating, cooling & fire safety systems
• Use hand and power tools to build large units from drawings/diagrams
• Test products to ensure quality standards
• Identify and report issues or defects
• Maintain a safe, clean work area
• Meet production goals
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using power tools.
• Eager, reliable, and ready to learn
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read/write English
• Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic computer skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
