What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive & Operate: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload freight.
- Handle Shipments: Inspect, label, and prepare incoming and outgoing freight—making sure every load is correct and ready to roll.
- Stay Organized: Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and efficient.
- Tech-Assist: Use handheld scanners and basic computer programs to keep things moving smoothly.
- Be a Safety Pro: Follow all company safety standards and maintain TSA eligibility.
- Pitch In: Support your team with other duties when needed.

What It Takes to Succeed:
- Reliability—show up ready to work, every shift.
- Strong& attention to detail& and the ability to follow instructions.
- A sense of urgency and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Solid& communication& and& teamwork& skills.
- Forklift or cross-dock experience - three to five years is ideal.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally more than 75 lbs.
Work Environment:
This is an active warehouse role—you’ll be on your feet and on the move in an environment that can be noisy and affected by seasonal temperatures (cooler in winter, warmer in summer).

- Overtime paid after 40 hours in a week.& Starting pay at $18/hr increasing based on experience.
- Afternoon shift: 1pm to 9:30pm with 30min break.
