Currently we are seeking professional, long-term oriented individuals possessing the ability to take direction, while consistently providing a high level of client satisfaction.

Description

A client liaison is responsible for the successful communication between Armstrong & Associates and our clients. The applicant must be self-motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities in our office. Applicant should have good communication skills coupled with the ability to solve problems and manage time wisely.

Armstrong & Associates’ liaisons must possess good written and verbal communication skills. You will be provided in-depth training to become efficient in HIPAA and FDCPA regulatory guidelines.

Daily tasks could include:

• Answer client requests
• Work any reports necessary
• Answer collector inquiries involving validation of guarantor accounts

(verify that guarantor went to the facility on the date of service)

• Follow up on dispute and insurance accounts previously worked
• Review client system to provide validation of accounts

(verify account balances match, verify inventory is the same for both the client and Armstrong and Associates)

• Answer phone calls and expedite communication between our office and clients
• Posting of payments
• Balance of deposits
• Calculate settlement payments

Starting Salary:

$15 per hour

Working Days (subject to changes)

Monday – Friday
