Looking for someone that is able to multi-task, strong communication and customer service skills that can get the parts ordered for our customers in a timely manner (24 hours or same day when possible) You would supply our customers with prices, collect payments from customers, order parts, dispatch the part installation to the customer.
Must have attention to detail and Quickbooks experience.
Verify parts requested by Technicians
Order parts
Verify delivery of parts
Sign out parts to Technicians
Receive damage/defective part back from Technicians
Track labor credits for Dead on Arrival (DOA) parts
Salary : $14 - $19
