Registered Nurse - Clinical Care

Schedule

Full-Time, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

We are seeking a competent and skilled Registered Nurse to provide both routine and complex patient care in a clinical setting. This role requires the ability to work independently, address various patient needs, and manage complex situations effectively. The registered nurse will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care through comprehensive assessments and effective interventions.

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.


• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.


• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.


• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care delivered accurately.


• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.


• BLS certification required (AHA only).


• Current RN license in the state of Texas or a compact state.
