Join a dynamic team on a 42-bed Med-Surg Telemetry unit that caters to a diverse patient population, including those with cardiac issues, diabetes, CHF, COPD, renal conditions, general surgery, and orthopedics. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will work collaboratively with RNs, LPNs, PCTs, CNA/US, and unit secretaries to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 to 6.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
- Manage medication administration, including insulin, heparin, and Lasik drips.
- Monitor patient vitals and provide timely interventions as needed.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Float to similar acuity patients as needed based on census.
- CPI certification required.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Must be proficient in managing insulin, heparin, and Lasik drips.
- No locals accepted; candidates must be from outside a 50-mile radius.
The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 to 6.
