This is a 13-week contract position.

Day Shift: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). Weekend coverage is not required.

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in West Portland and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients, providing essential therapy assistance in a home health setting.

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.


• Provide therapy interventions and support to patients in their homes.


• Manage a caseload of up to 6 patients per day while ensuring high-quality care.


• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using EPIC and Rover systems.

• Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience.


• Current BCLS certification is required.


• Must have reliable transportation for patient visits, with the ability to travel up to 60 miles per day.


• COVID-19 vaccination series and one booster required.
