Join a premier healthcare facility in Western Colorado as a Physical Therapist at our Silt, Colorado Outpatient Clinic. Due to an increase in patient volume, we are expanding our Rehab staff to reduce wait times. In this role, you will evaluate patients and develop as well as implement appropriate treatment plans for various diagnoses. Your focus will be to enhance patients' strength, range of motion (ROM), balance, safety, and overall function. Education of patients and caregivers on home exercise programs will also be a key component of your responsibilities.

• Evaluate patients and create tailored treatment plans.


• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.


• Educate patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs.


• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.


• Current Colorado PT licensure or compact licensure for Colorado.


• A minimum of two years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred.


• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
