Infusion Oncology Registered Nurse

Schedule

This is a Day shift position, working 5 days per week from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

We are seeking an experienced Infusion Oncology Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in an infusion center setting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in administering chemotherapy and managing patient care in both inpatient and outpatient environments.

• Administer chemotherapy and other infusion therapies to patients safely and effectively.


• Monitor patients for reactions and complications during infusion therapy.


• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.


• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using the EPIC charting system.


• Provide patient education on treatment plans, side effects, and self-care after discharge.

• Must have a valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state license.


• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.


• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Administration certification required.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in infusion oncology required.


• Recent EPIC charting experience is required.


• Travel nursing experience is preferred.
