This is a 13-week contract position.

12 Hour Night Shifts

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg unit with a strong background in patient care and critical thinking. The ideal candidate will manage a patient load of 1:9 and work collaboratively with PCA Techs to provide high-quality care to patients with various medical needs, including general med/surg, orthopedics, and ventilation support.

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established standards and medical protocols.


• Administer medication and treatments to patients as prescribed.


• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.


• Document patient care and progress using the EPIC charting system.

• 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg setting required.


• Active New York RN License.


• BLS Certification required; ACLS preferred.


• COVID Vaccination required.


• Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
