This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour night shifts are available, with alternate weekend options to accommodate your schedule.

You will be working on a 33-bed med-surg floor that is equipped with 16 telemetry monitors. The facility prioritizes maintaining a 6:1 patient ratio and manages a diverse patient population including ortho patients (total knees and total hips), bariatric patients, CHF, COPD, TIA's, and cardiac catheterization patients requiring intervention. BLS certification is required, and ACLS certification is preferred but not mandatory. The EMR system utilized is Meditech.

• Provide high-quality patient care on the med-surg unit.


• Monitor telemetry strips with support from the Charge Nurse and other staff.


• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient-centered care.


• Administer medications and assist in procedures as necessary.


• Document patient information and updates in the EMR system.

• Current RN license.


• BLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.


• COVID vaccine is required.
