This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM

The Emergency Department is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for patients facing critical health issues including stroke, sepsis, trauma, and more within a 64-bed unit that accommodates various age groups from newborn to geriatric.

• Provide emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment.


• Utilize specialty equipment such as Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun.


• Administer required drips and medications as per protocols.


• Float between different areas as assigned, including trauma and pediatric units.


• Engage in charge nurse responsibilities when needed; charge capability is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing, with pediatric experience.


• Current AHA certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS.


• TNCC certification is required.


• Active New York license verification through NURSYS report.


• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
