ARMS Security Corporation is seeking a dependable and organized Security Operations Center Representative to support daily security operations. This position serves as a central point of contact for security officers in the field and is responsible for monitoring scheduled coverage, completing officer check-ins, filling open shifts, and assisting with staffing and hiring needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct and monitor officer check-ins and confirm guards are reporting to scheduled assignments on time.
- Monitor daily schedules and identify call-offs, no-shows, tardiness, and other coverage issues.
- Contact available security officers to fill open shifts resulting from call-offs, no-shows, or last-minute coverage needs.
- Communicate schedule changes and assignment details to officers.
- Assist Operations Management with hiring and staffing needs, including contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, and helping coordinate new-hire placement.
- Maintain accurate records of call-offs, coverage changes, attendance issues, and staffing activity.
- Monitor calls, text messages, emails, and scheduling platforms throughout the assigned shift.
- Escalate unresolved staffing issues, emergencies, and significant incidents to Operations Management.
- Assist officers with basic scheduling, clock-in/clock-out, and assignment-related questions.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, officers, applicants, and clients when necessary.
- Provide ongoing operational support to help ensure all scheduled security posts remain properly staffed.

Qualifications
- Previous security operations, dispatch, scheduling, recruiting, and customer service, experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls, messages, and staffing issues simultaneously.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to employees and applicants.
- Ability to work quickly to resolve open shifts and staffing needs.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and workforce-management systems.
