Arms Security Corporation is seeking professional and experienced Security Officers for multiple part-time and full-time assignments, including retail security and loss prevention–focused details. We are hiring for 1st shift, 2nd shift, weekends, and flexible schedules.
This is a W-2 position (not 1099).
Position Requirements
- Valid State Identification Card
- Illinios Unarmed Security License (PERC CARD) (required)
- 20 Hours Security Basic Training
- 1–2 years of professional loss prevention experience (minimum)
- Strong communication and conflict‑avoidance skills
- Ability to observe, identify, and respond to suspicious activity
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods depending on post
