Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to ensure proper and timely care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Support a safe and clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and families to ensure coordinated care.
Additional Service Roles
- Companionship Worker: Provides emotional support, engages clients in conversation and activities, and promotes social interaction to reduce isolation.
- Homemaker Service Worker: Assists with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized home environment.
- Personal Support Worker: Delivers hands-on assistance with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while preserving client dignity and comfort.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or related field preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
