Bi-lingual Case Manager (CASAC-T, CASAC, LMSW, LMHC), Outpatient *SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE for external candidates*
Arms Acres is looking for a Clinical Case Manager to join our outpatient team in Carmel, NY. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical case management services that include: assessments, individual, group and family treatment, treatment plan coordination, referent relations, discharge planning, and intervention with client support systems, including social service programs and managed care. We are a substance abuse recovery center seeking driven, client focused counselors to make a difference!
Requirements:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- CASAC-T, CASAC, LMSW, LMFT or LMHC required
- Master's Degree in related field
- Experience working specifically with outpatient substance abuse counseling preferred
- Bi-lingual required
