About Us: Armor Up Recovery Homes and Ministry is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing transitional sober living homes for women recovering from addictions, human trafficking, abuse and mental illness. Our mission is to empower women to heal from the inside out, enabling them to lead productive and fulfilling lives. We currently operate two recovery homes: Freedom House and Victory House and aim to expand.
Looking to get partners to come along side Armor Up Recovery Homes to grow our ministry.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partnership Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships within the community and making mutually beneficial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Communicate with local churches, businesses, and community members to raise awareness about Armor Up's mission and programs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to align with organizational goals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and provide regular updates on progress and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and focused, capable of working independently.
- Passion for the mission of Armor Up and a commitment to supporting women in recovery.
- Willingness to work flexible hours
