What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pest Control Technician position at Armor Pest Control LLC,?
Full time Pest Control technician that will service our residential and commercial customers. This position is for someone who desires minimal supervision, is self motivated and the power to make a difference in your own earnings.
The position starts at $16-$22/hour and goes up from there with experience and room for sales commission's earned for sales completed while running your technician route. The position is a Monday-Friday schedule, with only 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks on call. We offer paid holidays, vacations and personal days.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license for at least two (2) years with a clean and acceptable driving record to operate company vehicles.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Willingness and ability to work in a variety of environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and all weather conditions.
- Physical capability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and crawl as needed for the role.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, physical ability assessment, and background check.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
