Looking for a leadership role without full-time burnout? Armor Health has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Medical Director to lead our clinical team at Lackawanna County Prison in Scranton, PA

What You’ll Do

• Provide and oversee medical diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and care for patients in a correctional facility
• Manage direct medical patient care and maintain accurate medical records and charts
• Direct, coordinate, and supervise clinical services provided by professional staff
• Review and approve treatment protocols, clinical policies, and procedures
• Provide in-service training for the clinical team and ensure best-practice standards

Schedule & Compensation

• 24 hours per week
• On-Call Stipend: $250 per week
• W-2 employment with a supportive, mission-oriented organization

Requirements

• Active PA medical license (MD/DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• DEA license
• Current CPR certification
• Supervisory experience in correctional or public health care preferred
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance (background and drug screen)
