What You’ll Do
- Provide and oversee medical diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and care for patients in a correctional facility
- Manage direct medical patient care and maintain accurate medical records and charts
- Direct, coordinate, and supervise clinical services provided by professional staff
- Review and approve treatment protocols, clinical policies, and procedures
- Provide in-service training for the clinical team and ensure best-practice standards
Schedule & Compensation
- 24 hours per week
- On-Call Stipend: $250 per week
- W-2 employment with a supportive, mission-oriented organization

Requirements
- Active PA medical license (MD/DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- DEA license
- Current CPR certification
- Supervisory experience in correctional or public health care preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance (background and drug screen)
