Responsibilities:
- Oversee, train, coach, and mentor a team of Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals in a correctional healthcare environment
- On-site program supervisor providing overall program direction ensuring compliance with HRS licensure standards
- Provide crisis management counseling, and/or short-term therapy to patients as appropriate to the position
- Prepare treatment and follow-up care programs, including providing therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services as required
- Initiate an interdisciplinary treatment plan and participates in the ongoing treatment planning process
- Lead the review of clinical issues and program policies and procedures
- Consult and direct behavioral health practitioners and related staff, as appropriate in the performance of therapeutic and/or casework
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
- Current state Mental Health Professional license
- Must be located in close proximity to Fort Myers, Florida
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screen
