Compensation – Transparent & Structured
Base Pay (based on years licensed):
- 0–4 years: $30/hr
- 5–9 years: $31/hr
- 10–14 years: $32/hr
- 15 years: $33/hr
Shift Differentials (stacked on top):
- Weekday Evenings: 2.00/hr
- Weekend: $4.00/hr

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Intake assessments
- Medication administration
- TB skin tests
- Vitals & lab specimen collection
- Assisting providers with exams
- EMR documentation
- Monitoring patient conditions
You’ll work alongside a professional clinical team serving an underserved population — with clear scope and defined responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Active Georgia LPN license
- 1 year experience required
- CPR certification
- EMR proficiency
- Ability to pass Level II background & drug screen
