As a Financial Services Consultant, you will serve both individuals and business owners, providing comprehensive financial solutions while building long-term client relationships and recurring income streams. This is not a capped sales role—it is a pathway to ownership, leadership, and financial independence.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor, guiding clients through complex financial decisions
- Deliver customized solutions across multiple financial divisions, including:
- Life Insurance & Risk Management
- Investment & Wealth Strategies
- Consumer & Business Banking Solutions
- Consumer & Commercial Lending
- Residential & Commercial Real Estate
- Build and manage a personal book of business with long-term, repeat clients
- Educate clients on strategies that align with their short- and long-term goals
- Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships
- Operate with autonomy while collaborating within a growth-focused team culture
