What You’ll Do
As a Front of the House team member, you’ll be the face of Armonía Kitchen, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting our guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Passion for healthy food and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Assisting with food running and ensuring guests' needs are met promptly.
- Prepare coffee,espresso drink,açaí bowls, and smoothies.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handling occasional lifting tasks (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to handle a fast-paced environment with grace and efficiency.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
