Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Revit Designer, based in Flower Mound, TX, allowing for partial work-from-home flexibility. The Revit Designer will collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed design models and technical drawings for building envelope projects. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining Revit-based models, ensuring compliance with project specifications, producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings, coordinating with project team members, and assisting in the creation of construction documents. The role requires precise attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software
- Experience in generating accurate 2D and 3D models and drawings
- Knowledge of building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and exterior walls
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret architectural designs and specifications
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with construction documentation and industry standards is a plus
- Degree or certification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
