Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

Software Engineer
Location: Herndon,  VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph

Armison Tech is looking for a candidate skilled in Software Engineering, Applications Development and Database Engineering. You will work with a skilled team on custom applications development across the full software development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience

• Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
• Demonstrated experience providing expertise with AWS and Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies as an overall cloud services.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, and the orchestration of tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, and Terraform as required,
• Demonstrated experience with Linux administration, and scripting such as Bash, as well as language such as Python. Extensive experience with the full ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Filebeat.
• Experience developing in languages like JavaScript/HTML/CSS, and developing UI interfaces using the Angular framework, and additional knowledge of frameworks such as React and ExtJS.
• Experience providing front-end/user interface testing, and experience anticipating end-user issues that might be difficult to catch.
• Demonstrated experience translating detailed customer designs into fully delivered software.
• Demonstrated experience conducting software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
• Experience translating database requirements into end-to-end design for databases that may involve multiple interfaces and other disparate database systems.
• Demonstrated experience developing security procedures and best practices to secure databases.
