21 years or older dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all guest requests are noted.
- Assist with food handling, ensuring adherence to food safety standards at all times.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
