Housekeeping Director | ANRC
$22.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience
Full-Time | Primarily days – evenings, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Lead and oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring resident rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high quality and performance standards.
- Manage floor care, carpet cleaning, waste disposal, and inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and safety standards through regular inspections and staff training.
- Collaborate with other departments to support resident satisfaction, address concerns, and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications for Success:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably overseeing housekeeping services in a long-term care setting.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
