Client Engagement Manager

📍 Dallas, TX | Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office) | 20-25 hours/week | $45-55/hour

Our expertise includes Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Snowflake, SharePoint, and Government sector solutions that transform data into strategic business assets.

The Role: We're seeking an experienced Client Engagement Manager to manage technical delivery and drive expansion opportunities within our existing client portfolio. You'll serve as the technical lead for client implementations while identifying and developing new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Client Relationship Management: Lead technical calls and serve as primary point of contact
• Project Delivery: Manage technical implementation of Azure/Power BI solutions
• Expansion Opportunities: Identify and develop additional project opportunities within existing accounts.
• Technical Implementation: Lead Snowflake data warehouse implementations and SharePoint solutions
• Requirements Translation: Bridge business requirements with technical solutions
• Client Reporting: Provide weekly status updates and project communications.

Required Experience: 

• 3 years client-facing technical project management with enterprise clients or government clients.
• Microsoft Stack: Azure, Power BI, SharePoint Online administration/development
• Snowflake data warehouse experience - implementation and client engagement
• Proven track record in client relationship management and upselling
• Excellent communication skills - able to present to executive stakeholders

Schedule & Compensation: 

• 20-25 hours/week, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM CDT
• $45-55/hour based on experience
• Potential for full-time conversion based on performance
