- Active/Agent Assist/Customer Service** Starting Pay \$39,500 to
the annual rate of pay. **Work from Home Requirements** This position is
eligible for 50% telecommuting after initial training period and
satisfactory job performance.
**What we are looking for**
A self-motivated individual who responds to and initiates face-to-face,
telephone, email, and written communications with
policyholders/prospects for the purpose of servicing AFI (includes AFI

- Assists Agents with fulfillment of application processing and
- Provides maintenance of AFI policies for retention of membership.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of customer service experience in a financial services
support/processing experience with AFI (Associates Degree may be
substituted for this requirement)
- Competent written communications skills
- Keyboard skills of at least 35 wpm
- Excellent verbal communications skills, to include a courteous,
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to accomplish work according to established priorities and

- Successful completion within 90 days of standardized training in
