Worksite Operations Project Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Analyst to support and enhance our Worksite Operations function. In this role, you will serve as the primary owner of operational projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently, completed on time, and aligned with business objectives. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze operational challenges, develop practical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive successful outcomes.
This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and working across departments to improve processes, strengthen compliance, and enhance operational effectiveness.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate Worksite Operations projects from initiation through implementation and completion.
- Drive project progress by coordinating stakeholders, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall effectiveness.
- Research issues, evaluate root causes, and develop recommendations for operational enhancements.
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, and IT teams to implement solutions and support organizational objectives.
- Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate the implementation of compliance-related requirements and operational directives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on service and operational metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Facilitate quality reviews and ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
- Support system implementations, change management initiatives, and request-for-change (RFC) processes.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operational support.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience with business continuity, risk management, or process improvement is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT governance, change management, system implementations, and RFC processes is preferred.
