What are the responsibilities and job description for the Armed Security Officer--Hampton--2pm-11pm position at Armed Enforcement?
Armed Enforcement is looking for professional ARMED security guards to protect our client's premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.
Shift available:
Shift 19
WK1-------Wednesday-Sunday 2pm-11pm
WK2-------Tuesday-Friday 2pm-11pm
Responsibilities
- Protect client property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
- Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
- Perform first aid or CPR
Skills
- Two or more years proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position. Retail experience a plus.
Requirements
- Valid DCJS armed Certificate
- Must have all gear and own weapon
- Must Have a valid OC, CPR, AED, First aid certifications
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8-12 hour shifts
- Must be able to walk in various weather conditions

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
