The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent to run jobs from mobilization to close-out. The majority of our work portfolio is prevailing wage, providing stable and high-earning opportunities. Out-of-town work does occur at times and you are fully supported during those assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all field operations including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
- Lead daily crew briefings and maintain strict adherence to safety standards
- Partner with project managers by identifying issues early and presenting practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and all regulatory requirements
- Deliver projects on schedule and at or above targeted gross profit
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience; 10 years strongly preferred
- Proven track record on prevailing wage and self-perform projects
- Thorough knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and OSHA regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and utilize standard construction software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $75,000 to $100,000 (commensurate with experience and performance)
