Job Responsibilities Formulate partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added People service to management and employees that help achieve the business objectives of the organization. Analyze business unit trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies to improve the People Organization’s contribution to Armanino’s organizational goals. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning. Partner with the business unit to assess and effectively address needs in areas such as organizational design, performance management, compensation, and career, competency, and leadership development. Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders in the People Organization to enhance alignment of the People function to the Business Unit Provide coaching to managers and employees to aid in developing decision-making, conflict resolution, leadership development, and communication skills Partner with the People Relations team on employee relations issues to conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations, per People Relations standards. Support firmwide strategic initiatives, drive change management, and deliver strategic value-added HR service to business unit Develop integrated solutions to address HR objectives while focusing on practice area goals Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements for day-to-day management of employees Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree; Master’s Degree or MBA in a Human Resources discipline preferred. SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRP-CP certifications preferred 5 years of experience in general HR management and/or a business partner role A depth of experience in employee development, management coaching, organizational design, compensation, employee relations, training, and HR project management and program implementation Travel is required, with overnight travel, to support the firm in other office locations up to 25% Armanino LLP provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
