Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Our shop never runs low on car count. We receive referrals and are busy all day, everyday, any time of year.

Straight Pay/ No Overtime

32Hr to 40Hr Work week (Subject to PAID vacation time)

Rate Of Pay:

$20-$40/hr (Depending Upon Work Experience)

During onboarding (Your initial quarterly review) of 60-90 days, your requested hourly rate maybe disputed due to quarterly review assessment. Depending factors are on work ethic, experience, skill, punctuality, consistency and overall integrity. Quarterly Reviews are in place to consider potential increase in hourly payrate. Therefore, allowing the Employee to showcase progress upon his review within the term of employment.

• Responsibilities:

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Analyze, service and repair vehicles in a professional manner; Communicate effectively with service advisors and management. Become proficient with and consistently execute all relevant processes as directed by management and Treat customers and dealership personnel with respect.

NOTE: Job may require on-call duty, extended hours, or weekend work.

• Qualifications:

Specialty Service on Exotic, and Classic Vehicles (Mostly European but not limited to....Ferrari, Porsche, Mercedes, Range Rover, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mini Cooper, Alfa Romeo...ETC

We hire professionals with previous automotive service experience, but we LOVE to train and develop new technicians.

ASE certifications are ideal. (but not required)

Strong automotive background with experience working flat-rate.

Strong teamwork skills.

Candidate should have tools necessary for the duties of the position.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Keeping a clean workstation.
