We're looking for someone who takes pride in making a really good pizza. If you've ever nailed a perfect stretch on the dough, know exactly how much sauce is "enough," and get a little satisfaction watching a pie come out of the oven just right — we want to talk to you.
About the job:
You'll be making pizzas from scratch stretching dough, saucing, topping, and baking —during busy shifts where speed and consistency both matter. Some nights will be slammed. We're looking for someone who can keep their cool, keep the line moving, and still care about quality on pizza #200 of the night just as much as pizza #1.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepping dough, sauce, and toppings before service
- Building and baking pizzas to order, quickly and consistently
- Keeping your station clean and organized (health inspectors love us, let's keep it that way)
- Working as part of a kitchen team — communicating, helping out, covering for each other when it gets busy
- Following recipes and portioning guidelines so every pizza tastes the same, whether it's your first one or your last one of the shift
What we're looking for:
- Experience making pizza or working in a fast-paced kitchen (not required, but a big plus)
- Someone reliable who shows up on time and ready to work
- Ability to stand for a full shift and handle the heat, literally — you'll be near a hot oven
