Job Summary
Armando's Pizza of Wilson is currently looking for someone to work in the front end of the store. Responsibilities include all aspects of customer care. Answering phones, taking orders, bussing tables, cleaning, working the register etc. We are looking for a team player who is outgoing and reliable. The reliability part is a must, especially when referring to punctuality and showing up on your scheduled shifts. We would like someone with experience but will train the right person. MUST be available for a mixture of day shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts. While there is no specific dress code, we do expect a professional appearance when working. Paid training. Some of your training MAY take place in our Zebulon location. Training is for two weeks. We need someone with a flexible schedule able to work a variety of shifts through the week including weekends, morning/afternoon shifts, and evening shifts. At the moment we can not hire anyone who does not have availability during the day, so we can not hire a high school student You must have reliable transportation. We are looking for someone who pays attention to detail, which includes your resume.
Responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment for guests.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
Skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
