Our team is dedicated to preserving and replicating the craftsmanship of 20th-century military engineering—from WWII-era to Cold War artillery, mortars, and ammunition components. We work closely with museums, contractors, and film studios to deliver historically accurate restorations, inert ordnance, and custom-fabricated training and display equipment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable General Laborer to assist with daily operations at our restoration and manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on position that includes a wide variety of physical and maintenance-related tasks. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, an open mind, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop and yard environment.
- Clean heavy equipment, shop floors, walls, and bathrooms as needed.
- Collect and dispose of trash, scrap metal, and debris into proper bins.
- Perform basic building and yard maintenance, including changing lights, trimming, and weed-eating.
- Assist team members with moving, lifting, and organizing materials and tools.
- Follow safety guidelines and support the restoration and manufacturing teams as needed.
- Help in our warehouse/restoration shop as needed.
Required Skills and Traits
- Physically capable of lifting 60–80 lbs and standing for long periods in both hot and cold conditions.
- Hard-working, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to take direction and ask questions when unsure how to proceed.
- Focused, safety-conscious, and motivated to learn new tasks.
- Open-minded and eager to grow within the company.
