We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Report Developer with expertise in Power BI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making within our supply chain operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design, develop, and implement interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Optimize performance and usability of reports and dashboards for end-users.
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI and data visualization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Report Developer, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization design.
- At least two years of experience developing reports and dashboards with Business Intelligence software such as Tibco Spotfire, Power BI, or similar BI platform
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- At least 3 years of experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Certifications in Power BI or related technologies.
