Armada Trucking Group., is looking for a friendly, sales oriented truck driver recruiter to join the team. As a recruiter, you will pro-actively recruit, screen, and hire qualified drivers for Armada Trucking Group in accordance with company guidelines, DOT regulations, and Federal and State Employment laws.

You will:

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Consistently recruit Class A drivers and communicate/sell the benefits of driving with Armada Trucking Group
• Responsible for all driver recruiting calls and inquiries (inbound and outbound) and follow up calls
• Maintain and update applicant’s database daily
• Processing applications and preparing them for employment
• Obtain new driver leads and follow up on past leads with phone calls and/or emailing to establish contact and build rapport.
• Effectively collaborate with marketing specialist to maximize inbound results
• Know and understand Armada Trucking Group qualification standards, DOT Regulations, and Federal and State Employment laws.

What are we looking for?

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience is required.
• Truck driver recruiter experience preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills over the phone, email, chat or in person.
• Must be able to effectively and accurately complete work with a sense of urgency.
• Must be self-motivated, able and willing to work independently to get results.
• Ability to multi-task
• Bi-Lingual

Monday - Friday

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Sales and customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Recruiting: 1 year (Required)
• Truck driver recruiter: 1 year (Preferred)
