Showroom Sales Associate $18-22/h

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the showroom and provide exceptional customer service.
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the best products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and available options.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process from initial inquiry through purchase.
• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Answer customer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or showroom sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, cash registers, and phone systems.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Weekend availability is required.

Schedule

• Full-time (40–55 hours per week)
• Set weekly schedule with two days off
• Weekend work required

Store Hours

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
