- CONTINGENT UPON AWARD**********************
- Provides technical assistance and support for computer systems, applications, and networks.
- Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues.
- Installs and configures systems and applications.
- Maintains documentation of system configurations and support activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and applications
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain technical documentation
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- 3 years to 5 years of related experience
- HS Diploma (or equivalent)
