What are the responsibilities and job description for the Arm Neoverse Product Manager position at Arm?
We are seeking a multifaceted and technically skilled Product Manager to lead roadmap development, product strategy, and customer engagement for the Arm Neoverse platforms. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will drive the success of ground breaking CPU and system technologies that power hyperscale cloud, networking, and edge infrastructure. You will be at the forefront of reshaping the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product roadmap for Neoverse system solutions.
- Conduct market analysis, customer needs assessments, and competitor benchmarking to advise product strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and program management teams to define product requirements (PRDs) and technical specifications.
- Lead go-to-market strategy including positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch plans.
- Partner closely with major cloud providers, Hyperscalers, OEMs, and silicon partners to understand needs and ensure alignment.
- Drive customer engagement with technical pre-sales teams and field engineering to promote adoption of Neoverse-based solutions.
- Track product performance metrics (benchmarks, customer feedback) and adjust product direction accordingly.
- Serve as a spokesperson for Neoverse technology at internal and external events, including industry conferences and customer briefings.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent and an advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in product management, technical marketing, or system/application engineering in the semiconductor or cloud infrastructure industries.
- Strong technical understanding of:
- CPU and SoC architectures
- ARM ecosystem and instruction sets
- Data center and cloud computing infrastructure (e.g., hyperscale server design, storage, networking)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
- Deep familiarity with Neoverse platforms (V-Series, N-Series) and technologies like AMBA, CXL, CCIX, PCIe, HBM.
- Knowledge of cloud workloads (AI/ML, big data, storage, edge computing).
- Prior experience in Hyperscalers, telecom, or enterprise server product segments.
