Responsibilities
- Partner across teams to identify AI opportunities and remove barriers.
- Lead AI workshops, pilots, and proof-of-concepts to accelerate adoption.
- Develop and maintain the Arm AI Playbook, best practices, and learning materials.
- Support change enablement through education, communication, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Champion network to scale knowledge and success stories.
- Track adoption, report insights, and guide continuous improvement.
- Demonstrable experience using GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Custom GPTs, etc.).
- Skilled at influencing and collaborating across multiple functions.
- Strong communicator with storytelling and facilitation experience.
- Able to work with ambiguity and build from the ground up.
- Passionate about embedding AI safely and effectively at scale.
- Familiarity with AI architectures, prompt design, and agent workflows!
- Experience with product thinking, MVP testing, or innovation programs.
- Background in culture change, learning design, or communications!
