With a wide range of beverage offerings, attention to detail and working quickly & accurately will help ensure your success. You'll also be responsible for keeping your station and the larger establishment clean and stocked. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES: Always treats guests with courtesy and respect in a variety of situations. Displays honesty & integrity. Is an inspirational example able to motivate team members to be consistently engaged in serving. others, always looking for that opportunity. SPECIFIC DUTIES: Greeting guests with a smile, and a positive and kind attitude. Providing knowledgeable customer service that educates guests about our menu. Prepare customers’ orders as requested accurately and efficiently. Ring guest check correctly. Close the check to the proper method of payment, (i.e., cash, credit card or house charge). Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area. Performing opening and closing duties, as needed. Maintaining the highest standards of food quality. Assisting with storage, stocking, and maintenance of all products. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in café or restaurant costumer service environment. Knowledgeable operating a keyboard and Point of Sale procedures. SALARY:$17.00/hour
