Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all food and beverage operations to maintain high quality and excellent guest experience.
- Support staff training and development to uphold service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Help enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to meet financial goals.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team on promotional activities and events.
- Previous experience in food and beverage management or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
