The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and optimal operation across the production facility. Daily responsibilities include supervising maintenance and repair work, implementing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all equipment complies with safety and operational standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hudson, OH, and will involve managing a team of maintenance staff to support smooth and efficient operations.
- Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, manage a team, and delegate tasks effectively
- Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance, including Preventive Maintenance planning and execution
- Hands-on experience with Maintenance & Repair of machinery and facilities
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues in a timely manner
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance standards
