Job Overview:
Arlington Scientific is seeking a skilled and professional Creative and Graphic Design Manager to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate our brand and values to our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphic design and a keen eye for detail, with a strong portfolio that showcases their expertise in a variety of design styles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality graphics and designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create design concepts and mockups.
• Apply art direction and color theory principles to create visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines.
• Design and create logos, graphics, and illustrations for a range of projects, including signage, PowerPoint presentations, tradeshows, and digital displays.
• Use content management systems to create and manage web content.
• Create digital art and illustrations for various marketing and branding projects.
• Conceptualize designs to ensure they meet the requirements of the project.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure design concepts align with the company's overall vision and objectives. This would include product labels, product inserts, packaging, user manuals, etc.
• Oversee marketing and company photography needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and best practices and incorporate these into the design process.

Experience:

• Proven experience in art direction, branding development, and digital design.
• Experience in logo design and the ability to create effective logos that communicate Arlington Scientific’s brand message.
• Extensive proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics creation, video editing techniques, and sign manufacturing processes preferred.
• Hands-on experience with web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript would be a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in typography, color theory, layout design, and typesetting.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Must create excitement and enthusiasm both internally and externally.
• Be Proactive/Self-starter.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
